Precomputed data for NPLinker PODP run (NPLinker eScience workshop 2025)

This data is required for the NPLinker eScience workshop 2025. The upload contains precomputed data for a NPLinker (v2.0.0-alpha.8) run in PODP mode on the dataset available at: https://pairedomicsdata.bioinformatics.nl/projects/b78b5817-86e2-4e5e-a087-a6b0d9710fce.6 The following data directories are included: antismash: Contains precomputed AntiSMASH BGC results bigscape: Contains precomputed BiG-SCAPE results downloads: Contains a genome status file needed to correctly assign the BGCs to the stains Make sure to place all files correctly in the project directory before starting the NPLinker PODP run. The directory structure should look like this: nplinker_working_directory/├── antismash/├── bigscape/└── downloads/
