资源简介:
The inclusion of green manures in maize (corn) cultivation systems provides several benefits, mainly those related to the management of nitrogen-rich phytomass, which makes itpossible to reduce the use of nitrogen fertilizers for the subsequent crops. This studyaimed to characterize the bacterial community associated with maize fertilized with afermented bran compound and the fabaceous shrubs: pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) andtephrosia (Tephrosia sinapou), cultivated in different spatial arrangements, underorganic management. The experimental design was in three randomized blocks, whose treatments were arranged in a factorial design of maize with two green manure plants (Cajanus cajan and Tephrosia sinapou) and three spatial arrangements (monoculture, intercropped with maize in the same row and intercropped with maize between rows). The rhizospheric microbiomes of maize and green manure plants were analyzed.Maize variety BRS Caatingueiro was sown at a spacing of 0.8 x 0.20 m between plants. After the plants had fully developed, rhizospheric soil samples were collected.Participants: Luc Felicianus Marie Rouws, Jhonatan Marins Goulart, Jose Guilherme Marinho Guerra, Norma Gouvea Rumjanek, Marcia Reed Coelhor, Gustavo Ribeiro Xavier, Ederson da Conceicao Jesus, Marcos Bacis Ceddia, Ednaldo da Silva Araujo e Luiz Augusto Aguiar.
