We performed high-throughput RNA sequencing to characterize possible differences in the transcriptome of bone marrow-derived macrophages from wilde type mice and EndoV knockout mice to further examine how ENDOV affect the CCL2 signaling. we stimulated both type of BMDMs with recombinant CCL2 and analyzed the transcriptome using mRNA sequencing analysis RNA-sequencing performed on bone marrow-derived macrophages from three wilde type mice and three EndoV knockout mice using Illumina NovaSeq 6000
