Repository to Disentangling the influence of environmental conditions on sex determination in haplodiploid organisms

This repository contains dataset and YOLOv5 training output for the publication Disentangling the influence of environmental conditions on sex determination in haplodiploid organisms (DOI:10.1111/1365-2656.70153). We kindly refer to the bee-finder which was used in this study. The bee-finder also contains a detailed manual on how to train and apply YOLOv5 on videos.
