RRBS (Reduced Representation Bisulfite Sequencing) and RNA-seq were performed on human CD8+ T cells from peripheral blood of three independent healthy donors to study the influence of DNMTi on CD8+ T cells on a global level. The experiments were performed on unstimulated or resting CD8+ T cells (Day 0), CD8+ T cells stimulated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 ex vivo in the absence of 5-AZA-CdR (Day 5 Stimulated) or in the presence of 300nM of 5-AZA-CdR (Day 5 Stimulated + AZA).
