Evaluation and comparison of transcriptome variation in non-infected and Toxoplasma gondii (Tehran strain) infected mice brains using RNA-sequencing

It is hoped that the findings of this study can help explain and understand the functional changes in the infected host brain and the mechanisms involved in inducing immune responses in this vital organ.
