Frozen inputs for the stem-cell funding comparison pipeline (P1 companion data record)

8,128 files, 28.58 GB (26.62 GiB), packed into 21 tar volumes (each ≤ ~1.9 GB).Per-file SHA256 + bytes and per-volume SHA256 (computed on the volume files themselves,download-verifiable with `sha256sum`): see `PROVENANCE.json` (authoritative manifest). **Data-source discipline (2026-08-10 ruling): all raw NIH/CORDIS source data ships under`sources/` only.** No formal/ or cordis_data/ raw files are included: the legacy`nih_all_2017-2026_v2.csv` (registered defects) is retired — the s26 gate's full-corpusbaseline now recomputes from the sources universe; `combined_clean.csv` has no runtimereader; `cordis_data` topics are byte-identical to their `sources/cordis` copies.
