Images Quellinus - Data underlying the publication: Matching fingerprints on sculptures by the "Bernini of the North".

This dataset includes all the images described in the article: <em>Matching fingerprints on sculptures by the "Bernini of the North"</em>. This article studies human impressions discovered on sculptures made in the Amsterdam workshop of Artus I Quellinus over 350 years ago. The two-dimensional images in the dataset have been acquired using digital photography. The dataset is structured as follows:The folder Images <em>Quellinus Full object high resolution.zip</em> contains 20 images in 300 DPI of the sculptures investigated in the mentioned article. The folder Images<em> Quellinus marks high resolution.zip</em> is structured as follows: six sub-folders correspond to six sculptures investigated in the mentioned article.<em> </em>Each of these contains the folder<em> Images of mark</em>s, where numbered sub-folders correspond to a mark and contain images in 300 DPI of that mark. The folder Images Quellinus marks low resolution.zip is structured as follows: eight sub-folders correspond to the eight sculptures investigated in the mentioned article.
