m6A-Mediated TFB2M Downregulation Drives Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Neuronal Degeneration in ALS

This repository contains datasets supporting our research on m6A-Mediated TFB2M Downregulation Drives Mitochondrial Dysfunction and Neuronal Degeneration in ALS. The deposited data include: (1) bioinformatics analysis original images; (2) RT-qPCR experimental data; (3) Western blot original images; (4) immunofluorescence original images; (5) Seahorse assay original data; (6) ATP detection original data; (7) ROS detection original images; (8) RIP-qPCR and MeRIP-qPCR original data; and (9) CCK-8 assay original data. These datasets were generated to investigate the mechanisms by which m6A modification drives TFB2M mRNA degradation and contributes to mitochondrial dysfunction in ALS.
