Single cell RNA sequencing of myeloid cells from lungs of young and aged mice

Single cell RNA sequencing from lungs of young (2-3 month old) and aged (20-22 month old) mice. Overall design: Myeloid cells (CD45+ Gr1+ CD11b+) were sorted from lungs of young and aged mice that were perfused. Cells from young mice (2-3 months old) were labeled with TotalSeq-C0951 SA antibody (Barcode sequence AACCTTTGCCACTGC), and cells from aged mice (20-22 months old) were labeled with TotalSeq-C0952 SA antibody (Barcode sequence GTCCGACTAATAGCT). Cells were then pooled for scRNAseq preparation.
