This is the resources directory that should be downloaded into otari in order to run the Otari framework code. It contains: GENCODE v47 annotation files hg38 genome FASTA file, as well as the index files generated by pyfaidx Python package for fast indexing and querying of genome coordinate sequences Data files with stored information from the GENCODE v47 annotation Long-read transcriptome data (in TPM) used for training and validation ConvSplice, Seqweaver, and Sei model weights
