A High-Resolution, Easy-to-Build Light-Sheet Microscope for Sub-Cellular Imaging.

This Zenodo repository contains the complete dataset and supporting materials for our manuscript describing Altair-LSFM, a high-resolution, easy-to-build, open-source light-sheet fluorescence microscope for subcellular imaging. The deposit includes raw and processed imaging data (including bead-based resolution characterization and fixed- and live-cell demonstrations), figure source panels, analysis outputs, and all associated build documentation (CAD files, optical prescriptions/simulations, parts lists, wiring diagrams, and assembly/alignment protocols). These materials are provided to enable full reproducibility of the results and to support community adoption, modification, and extension of the platform.
