Gene expression after HOS cells treated with DGKZ (diacylglycerol kinase zeta)-silencing by a microarray profiling (Affymetrix)

DGKZ could promote proliferation and inhibit apoptosis in osteosarcoma,both in vivo and in vitro. To identify downstream molecular mechanism of DGKZ in proliferation of osteosarcoma, we performed a microarray profiling (Affymetrix) in human HOS cells treated with DGKZ knockdown.
