Pulsed laser deposition of AuGe alloy on polyethylene terephthalate

Spectra recorded by Faraday cup and ion energy analyzer detectors. Spectra and images related the compositional characterization of the polymeric foil covered with AuGe alloy. Measurements related the performance of the manufactured foils for both the growth of cells and as humidity sensor.
