Transcriptional Impacts of prophage within the rhizobia-legume symbiosis

Impact of prophage carriage on transcription of Rhizobium spp. within symbiosis with White Clover. The prophage vTRX32-1 was introduced to two strains of Rhizobium biovar trifolii; TRX4 and TRX19. These strains, either with or without the phage, were introduced to sterile clover seedlings and grown for 8 weeks before being reisolated from functional root nodules.
