Parallel evolutionary expansion of prefrontal projecting cerebellar lobules in primates

Reproducibility materials for DeMay-Pouliot et al. (2026). Includes annotated analysis scripts, input data, phylogenetic tree, and figures. Version 2 corrects the package-setup scripts (loads the base-R 'parallel' package required by mclapply in the sensitivity analysis, and installs 'evomap' from GitHub rather than CRAN) and fixes a tree-filename reference in the annotated script.
