Limosilactobacillus fermentum isolated from burong isda

This study focuses on the whole genome sequences of isolated lactic acid bacteria from burong isda, specifically *Limosilactobacillus fermentum* BIL20 and BIL24, collected from Arayat, Pampanga, Philippines. The high-quality draft genomes of these isolates have been assembled and were analyzed for probiotic-related genes, taxonomical identification, and variant calling.
