Raw Read Counts and FPKM Values from RNA-Sequencing of Phthonandria atrilineata Transcriptome with Sample ID Information

This dataset contains the raw read counts and calculated FPKM (Fragments Per Kilobase of transcript per Million mapped reads) values generated from the reference-based transcriptome analysis of Phthonandria atrilineata (mulberry looper). The data includes comprehensive sample ID information for all experimental conditions tested. RNA-sequencing was performed on P. atrilineata larvae exposed to various insecticide treatments, including organophosphates (trichlorfon, monocrotophos, trichlorfon-malathion combination) and mitochondrial inhibitors (tolfenpyrad, chlorfenapyr), as well as control samples. Each sample is uniquely identified with detailed metadata on treatment conditions, biological replicates, and technical parameters. This dataset serves as a valuable resource for further bioinformatic analyses, including differential gene expression, pathway enrichment, and machine learning applications in insect toxicology and resistance mechanisms.
