本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品以患者当前所患疾病为核心，结合年龄、基础疾病、既往诊疗史、当地医疗收费标准等多维数据，通过专业模型精准预测全周期治疗费用，包括检查、用药、手术、康复等各项开支,明确费用构成与控制方向，帮助医生、患者评估治疗费用。

The data source of this medical data product is the hospital information system data of Pu'er City. The project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions across Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers multiple types of records, such as medical record homepages, electronic medical records, examination and laboratory reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement records, and medical insurance settlement records. After undergoing data governance and processing, these raw data are transformed into high-quality medical data products. Centered on the current diseases of patients, this data product integrates multi-dimensional data including age, underlying diseases, past medical and treatment history, and local medical charging standards. It utilizes professional models to accurately predict full-cycle treatment costs, covering expenses for examinations, medications, surgeries, rehabilitation and other medical services. By clarifying the cost composition and cost control directions, this product assists both doctors and patients in evaluating treatment costs.
