Neonatal mice were treated with an rAAV9 gene therapy vector, some of whom later developed tumors. We sampled the tumors of these mice, as well as the livers of two additional mice that did not have visible tumors, and used ligation-mediated PCR and high-throughput sequencing to identify the integration sites of the AAV.
