Vibroacoustic lung massage (VLM- 1-st group, 30 people) was performed with VibroLUNG device, high-frequency percussion of the chest followed by the intermittent airway pressure (HFP+IP) by Comfort Cough Plus device was performed in the 2nd group (30 patients). Procedures were performed 10-12 hours after extubation 3 times a day during 3 days after surgery. The 3rd group ( 30 people) is a control group. The following parameters were measured: SpO2, maximum inspiration volume (MIV) with used an incentive spirometer Coach-2 , and some volumetric parameters with used a portable spirometer Spiro Scout before and after every procedure on the 1st and 3rd days (on room air).
