Genome wide chromatin changes in TAE sensitive and resistant Kelly cells [ChIP-seq]

We performed ChIPseq on histone modification marks, transcriptional factors and chromatin architectural proteins in both TAE sensitive, resistant and JQ1-treated resistant Kelly cells. Overall design: ChIPseq profiles of TAE sensitive and resistant Kelly cells for 6 different marks (BORIS, BRD4, CTCF, H3K27ac, H3K27me3, Pol2) were generated by next generation sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina NextSeq 500, for a total of 40 individual samples.
