This dataset contains the supplementary materials for the manuscript entitled “HIGH-THROUGHPUT PROTEOMICS AND IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY OF ORBITAL CONNECTIVE TISSUE IN GRAVES' ORBITOPATHY,” submitted to The Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism (JCEM). Supplementary Table S1 provides detailed settings used in MaxQuant for protein identification and label-free quantification (LFQ).Supplementary Table S2 summarizes the LFQ-based quantitative proteomics results, including protein identifiers, peptide counts, LFQ intensities across samples, average expression values, fold changes, and statistical significance (t-test p values) between comparison groups.
