Mapping of hydrogen sulfide molecular targets in human keratinocytes

In the present paper, we report on the pan-genomics and pan-proteomics analysis of cultured epithelial sheets of human keratinocyte progenitors. Our results notably show that NaHS stimulates the secretion of specific pro-inflammatory cytokines and promotes the synthesis of molecules involved in antioxidative mechanisms Overall design: RNA-seq analysis was performed on epidermal sheets generated in vitro from human samples. NaHS was applied at 0.25 mM for 24h than cells were lysed using RLT lysis. The cells were stored at -80°C until use. The analysis was performed on 10 donors: 5 treated vs 5 controls
