This is a database of requests for non-emergency government services received by Commonwealth Connect starting in 2009, across over 200 (varying by year) Massachusetts municipalities. Commonwealth Connect is a mobile app that acts as a 311 system for municipalities across Massachusetts. It is hosted by SeeClickFix, who provided the raw data cataloged here. Raw data were formatted and organized into a three-level database: reports, registered reporters, and municipalities.
