本数据集提供了青藏高原土壤中持久性有机污染物(POPs)及新污染物的浓度数据。数据涵盖传统POPs包括二噁英类化合物(PCDD/Fs)和多氯联苯(PCBs),以及新污染物包括新型溴代阻燃剂(NBFRs)和有机磷酸酯(OPEs)。本数据集基于多区域研究构建:(1)传统POPs环境行为研究(尼泊尔-吉隆沟-青藏高原南部区域):采集土壤样品18个,重点关注PCDD/Fs和PCBs的环境行为。(2)NBFRs跨境传输行为研究(通道地区):在亚东、樟木、吉隆、错那和普兰5个关键通道区域,共64个样品,用于研究NBFRs的跨境传输行为。(3)OPEs环境行为的气候差异研究(不同气候系统区):选取新疆(西风带)、青海(过渡带)和藏东南(季风带)三个典型气候区,共65个样品,用于探究不同气候系统下OPEs的环境行为。所有样品分析均在中国科学院生态环境研究中心完成。前处理流程包括加速溶剂提取、层析柱净化和浓缩定容等步骤,最终采用气相色谱-质谱联用法进行检测。PCDD/Fs和PCBs的回收率分别为30%-108%和27 %–103 %。NBFRs的回收率在70%-136%,OPEs的回收率为73%-139%,实验空白低于目标物浓度的10%并已扣除,所有物质回收率均满足污染物痕量分析要求。本数据集可为青藏高原大尺度范围的有机污染空间分布制图和污染物跨境传输对青藏高原土壤系统的影响评估提供科学依据。
This dataset provides concentration data of persistent organic pollutants (POPs) and emerging contaminants in soils from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The data covers traditional POPs including polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins and dibenzofurans (PCDD/Fs) and polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), as well as emerging contaminants including novel brominated flame retardants (NBFRs) and organophosphate esters (OPEs).
This dataset was constructed based on multi-regional studies:
(1) Study on the environmental behavior of traditional POPs (Nepal-Jilong Gorge-southern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau region): 18 soil samples were collected, focusing on the environmental behavior of PCDD/Fs and PCBs.
(2) Study on cross-border transport behavior of NBFRs (passage areas): A total of 64 soil samples were collected from 5 key passage regions including Yadong, Zhangmu, Jilong, Cuona and Pulan, to investigate the cross-border transport behavior of NBFRs.
(3) Study on climatic differences in the environmental behavior of OPEs (different climate system zones): Three typical climate zones were selected, namely Xinjiang (westerly zone), Qinghai (transition zone) and southeastern Tibet (monsoon zone), with a total of 65 soil samples, to explore the environmental behavior of OPEs under different climate systems.
All sample analyses were completed at the Research Center for Eco-Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences. The sample pretreatment procedures include accelerated solvent extraction, column chromatography purification, concentration and constant volume, and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was finally used for detection. The recovery rates of PCDD/Fs and PCBs were 30%–108% and 27%–103%, respectively. The recovery rates of NBFRs ranged from 70% to 136%, while those of OPEs ranged from 73% to 139%. The procedural blank was lower than 10% of the target analyte concentration and had been subtracted, and the recovery rates of all target analytes met the requirements for trace contaminant analysis.
This dataset can provide scientific support for mapping the spatial distribution of organic pollution at a large scale over the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and assessing the impacts of cross-border pollutant transport on the soil system of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
