Southern California Burned Aridland Stream Data
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains stream water chemistry and watershed attribute data for 34 sites, in southern California, collected to study how wildfire burn severity and watershed characteristics influence water chemistry. chemistry_discharge.csv (219 records) contains stream chemistry and discharge measurements from repeated sampling across 34 sites between January 2025 and January 2026. Measurements include soluble reactive phosphorus (SRP), non-purgeable organic carbon (NPOC), chloride, sulfate, nitrate, total nitrogen, fluoride, and bromide all measured in µM, alongside discharge (L/s) and specific discharge (L/s/km²). site_attributes.csv (34 records) contains watershed characteristics for 34 sites, including percent of the watershed burned by severity class (low/moderate/high), fire ignition date, biome type (forest or shrub/grassland), max/mean slope, elevation, total watershed area, nitrogen deposition rates, and 2025 and 30-year precipitation and temperature records per site. The two files share a common Site identifier across all 34 sites. Missing values are coded as NA.
