Transcriptomic profiling of whole tumor biopsies of mPDAC patients in Optimize-1

This dataset was generated to study the transcriptomic alterations in tumor tissue of mPDADC patients from the Optimize-1 (A-20-1013-C-03), with available RNA-seq data and their associations with clinical efficacy endpoints from the 18-months follow up dataset. After collection, samples underwent formalin fixation followed by paraffin embedding (FFPE samples) and were either stored as FFPE blocks or FFPE tissue slides (ten 4µm slides and six 10µm in thickness), according to Optimize-1 study protocol. RNA from FFPE biopsies was extracted and sequenced via Novaseq6000 (Illumina).
