The three-dimensional organization of a genome plays a key role in eukaryote gene regulation, but establishment mechanism during embryogenesis is not fully understood. Here we investigated the dynamics of chromatin folding in medaka (Japanese killifish, Oryzias latipes) embryos. We also characterize transcription and protein binding during development.
