INNOVATIVE METHODS FOR EARLY DETECTION OF METABOLIC SYNDROME OBSERVED IN PREVENTIVE MEDICINE AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN EFFECTIVE PREVENTIVE MODEL

Metabolic syndrome is one of the most pressing issues in modern medicine, and its prevalence has been steadily increasing worldwide. This article discusses innovative methods for the early detection of metabolic syndrome in preventive medicine, criteria for assessing risk factors, and the development of an effective preventive model. During the study, the effectiveness of anthropometric indicators, laboratory examinations, digital monitoring systems, and screening methods was analyzed. The findings demonstrated that a comprehensive approach, including artificial intelligence-based risk assessment systems and individualized preventive programs, showed high efficiency in the early detection of metabolic syndrome. The proposed preventive model contributes to reducing the risk of metabolic syndrome development and promoting a healthy lifestyle among the population.
