Data set Non-volatile metabolite profiling integrated with QDA sensory evaluation of white tea

This dataset features non-targeted metabolomics for white tea produced from the purple-leaf cultivars (SS-2 and SS-3) and the green-leaf cultivar (GMBS-1). It includes a raw data file in the *.ABF format, encompassing non-volatile metabolites. Parameter settings for analysis using MS-Dial version 5.5 are also provided. Additionally, we present the results of a QDA sensory analysis of white tea to facilitate further investigation, utilizing PanelCheck software for evaluation.
