This study aims to explore the differential gene expression in the transcriptome of a postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) model in LAPF conditional knockout mice and their littermate control mice. Samples A, B, and C are from the spinal dorsal horn of LAPF littermate control mice infected with active HSV-1, while samples D, E, and F are from the spinal dorsal horn of LAPF knockout mice infected with active HSV-1.
