Contains the pre-processed ex vivo T1-weighted images (Bruker 7T; 70 micron isotropic voxel resolution) for M83 alpha-synuclein A53T hemizygous mice that received either a phosphate buffered saline (PBS) or alpha-synuclein pre-formed fibrils (PFF) injection in the right dorsal striatum.
