Comparative Analysis of Traits and Transcriptome for Early and Late Ripening Sweet Persimmon Fruits at Different Developmental Phases

This study compares and analyzes the traits that are the main indicators of fruit maturation of the full-grown species 'Fuyu' and the early-growing 'Soshu' fruit among the complete sweet persimmon varieties, and the transcriptome for the genes differentially expressed between the stages of development and varieties. It was carried out to detect genes that are a decisive factor in the difference in maturation between liver and to establish the basic data necessary for the development of molecular markers closely related to maturity.
