艦艇穩度的課程當中,將分成六個子題來探討,首先以靜態、動態分類先做概述,其次就是公務船舶規範書上對船的靜態穩度要求,船設計完成有固定船型,再配合承載重量,在水面上自然就會具有一個既定的穩度特性與特色,然後再驗證造出來的船跟當初設計的穩度值是不是吻合,必要時再去修正。為本書最主要闡述的原理原則。
This course on ship stability is structured into six subtopics for comprehensive discussion. First, a preliminary overview will be provided by categorizing ship stability into static and dynamic types. Next, the static stability requirements for vessels as specified in official maritime regulatory documents will be addressed. Once a vessel's design is finalized with a fixed hull form, combined with its carried load, it will naturally exhibit predefined stability characteristics and traits when afloat on water. Subsequently, validation will be conducted to confirm whether the stability metrics of the constructed vessel align with those from the initial design, and targeted corrections will be implemented when necessary. These constitute the core principles and theories that this book primarily elaborates upon.
