CRISPR/Cas9 screens identified unexpected hits in human AML cell lines whose loss of function causes resistance to SHP2 inhibition. Transcriptomic analysis of INPPL1, or MAP4K5 KO compared with parental MOLM13 cells either under SHP099 treatment or Ctrl (DMSO) to identify key pathways causing resistance.
