Popcast™ Anytime - Hourly cohort population density at various geographic resolutions

Popcast™ provides the population total at any geographic region from DMA, state, or county to zip code, census block group, or neighborhood throughout the day (defined by the H3 hierarchical geospatial index). Users may pick from thousands of Population Cohorts syndicated by Motionworks, cross-tabulations, or even integrate their own first or third-party data sets.

This data set is available for the full years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and/or 2023 to date.

Popcast™ is useful to size markets by geography, define local audience targets, identify ideal real estate site selection, or as an input to other geospatial measurement solutions.

Sample fields:

persons - The count of persons matching the Population Segment definition with a primary home location within the Geography.

households - The count of households with at least one person that matches the Population Segment definition with a primary home location within the Geography.

all_persons - The count of all persons with a primary home location within the Geography.

all_households - The count of all households within the Geography.
