Raw data of "Modulated Production of Extracellular Vesicles Provides Protective and Effective Signaling Routes in Natural Scenarios" (PRJCA042060)

To research the organisms and their extracellular vesicles (EVs) functions, in November 2021 and across one year of 2022, a total of 13 sampling stations were set up along the Houxi River Watershed. At each sampling site, 20-25 L of surface water (0-50 cm) was taken and immediately transported back to the laboratory for treatment. DNA of aquatic organisms was extracted by filtration membrane suction filtration, and EVs in the water were extracted.
