资源简介:
Advancing age is associated with the increase and accumulation of unique lymphocyte populations. Among them, CD153+ PD-1+ CD4+ T cells (SA-T cells) may underlie the pathogenesis of autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases. To assess the possible involvement of CD153 in regulating the cellular function, we performed bulk RNA-seq analysis. Enriched CD153+ SA-T cells were stimulated in vitro for 16 hours with anti-CD3/CD28 antibodies (Abs) in the presence of either plate-bound anti-CD153 Ab (RM153) or control IgG. The CD153-engaged and control cells were compared by RNA-seq analysis with three biological replicates.
