transcriptomic data in the spinal cord of Taiwanese type I SMA mice

SMA is a neurodegenerative disease of unknown pathogenesis characterized by degeneration of motor neurons in the anterior horn of the spinal cord. Here we performed transcriptome sequencing of the spinal cord of a severe SMA mouse model. Overall design: Transcriptome sequencing of spinal cords of postnatal day 4 SMA mice (mSmn-/-, hSMN22tg/0), heterozygous mice (mSmn+/-, hSMN22tg/0) as controls.
