CCTV-Derived Apparent-Motion Dataset for the 2026 Venezuela Earthquake: Tracker Projects, Processed Time Histories and Spectrum-Compatible Records

This dataset contains the CCTV source metadata, Tracker project files, raw reference-point displacement histories, processed displacement, velocity and acceleration time histories, response spectra, and scalar-scaled and spectrally matched records developed during the virtual reconnaissance of the 2026 Venezuela earthquake. The dataset provides a reproducible proof of concept for extracting apparent ground and structural motions from opportunistic CCTV footage where nearby instrumental observations are unavailable. Records are included for La Guaira Bowling Park, Edificio Arichuna in Caracas, an unknown backyard in Los Corales, and PDV Palmar in La Guaira. The associated Python post-processing workflow is available through the related GitHub repository.
