Sarcopenia GWAS summary statistics (N=522,632, European ancestry)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains genome-wide association summary statistics for sarcopenia in European ancestry individuals from the UK Biobank. The phenotype was defined using muscle mass, strength, and functional measures via Genomic Structural Equation Modeling (Genomic SEM), without adjustment for body mass index (BMI). A total of 522,632 participants were included in the analysis. The GWAS was performed using standard quality control procedures (minor allele frequency ≥ 1%, imputation INFO score ≥ 0.8) and a mixed linear model accounting for age, sex, principal components, and genotyping array. Results are formatted according to the GWAS Catalog Summary Statistics Format (GWAS-SSF), including chromosome, base-pair position, effect allele, other allele, effect size (beta), standard error, p-value, effect allele frequency, rsID, and sample size.
