Ossification of Posterior Longitudinal Ligament (OPLL) single-cell transcriptome sequencing

Single-cell transcriptome sequencing was performed on both ossified and non-ossified posterior longitudinal ligaments using samples obtained intraoperatively. Due to the current enzymatic hydrolysis method being unable to digest mature ossified tissue, the ossified sample represents the portion of the ossified side that has not yet undergone ossification.
