Zoning Districts - Routt County

The original zone districts were established in the early 1970's. The "Official Zoning Map" establishes the zones and any amendments made thereafter pursuant to law. While this layer is actively maintained it should be used for reference only and any legal use of this data should be run by the Routt County Planning Department for accuracy. There are 14 districts established by the Planning Regulations and there is a 15th attribute of town regulations. Each town has it's own districts not depicted in this data. Notes and other information are maintained for reference and tracking purposes原始分区管制区设立于20世纪70年代初期。《官方分区地图》（Official Zoning Map）确立了各分区管制区及后续依法作出的所有修订内容。尽管本图层得到持续维护，但仅可作为参考使用；若需合法使用本数据，应先咨询劳特县规划部门（Routt County Planning Department）以确保数据准确性。规划条例共设立14个分区管制区，另有对应城镇条例的第15项属性字段。各城镇均拥有独立的分区管制区，但未在本数据中予以体现。本数据集留存的备注及其他信息仅用于参考与追踪管理用途。
