The data provided here is used for testing the RNA-Seq from the Galaxy IWC. The original data is from a study published by Lee et al. 2011 to study the transcription regulation by chromatin remodeler CHD1 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The FASTQ files were subsampled to 5% using seqtk_sample Galaxy tool. GTF file is from Ensembl release 113
