We used ChIPseq to identify target genes of BCL6 that are involved in leukemogenesis of E2A-PBX1 and MLL-AF4 pre-B ALL. ChIP-seq using BCL6 antibodies in RCH-ACV and ICN12 (E2A-PBX1 acute lymphomablastic leukemia), RS4;11, SEM and ICN13 cells (MLL-AF4 rearranged acute lymphomablastic leukemia), and LAX7R cells (relapsed acute lymphomablastic leukemia with KRAS-G12V mutation).
