Here we provide the datasets for research on groundwater flow and its interactions with surface water in an alpine catchment on the northeast Tibetan Plateau, China. The first file contains monitoring data, including groundwater levels and ground temperatures. The second file includes the results of the sample analyses as well as the numbers and locations (longitudinal and latitudinal coordinates) of the sampling sites.
