HPOC Dataset

The HPOC dataset comes from the comment video on the hot public opinion event "The committee members propose to cancel the main subject status of English primary and secondary schools" taken from the Tiktok platform, including 55 videos. Referring to the publicly available dataset CH-SIMS for video processing, a total of 588 video clips were obtained, each with a duration between 1 second and 15 seconds. Each video corresponds to one annotation result, including 1 (positive emotions) 205, 0 (neutral emotions) 156, and -1 (negative emotions) 227. In addition, the text in the video is transcribed and saved in a CSV file.The structure of the HPOC dataset consists of two parts: the "Raw" folder stores edited video clips; The 'label. csv' file stores the text transcribed from the video.
