Raspberry trees were popular fruits around the world, and most of them were from temperate areas and thus sensitive to heat stress. In tropical South China, there were some wild raspberry trees, and these wild crop relatives provide opportunities for genetic breed on themotolerance. So we sequenced Rubus leucanthus using pacBio CLR and Hi-C technology, this species is common in subtropical China, and heat tolerant, we explored the possible mechanisms for this trait
