UQ-PhysiCell example datasets: simulation, sensitivity analysis, and calibration outputs

This dataset contains the input configurations, simulation outputs, and analysis results for the example workflows distributed with UQ-PhysiCell, a Python framework for uncertainty quantification and model analysis of PhysiCell agent-based models. It includes the data underlying the sensitivity analysis, Bayesian calibration, and surrogate modeling case studies presented in the associated manuscript, covering a mechanobiology-driven tumor growth model and a multicellular pancreatic cancer invasion model. The corresponding software is archived separately at https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.17823176, with source code at https://github.com/heberlr/UQ_PhysiCell. Full documentation, including installation instructions and worked examples showing how to reproduce these datasets, is available at https://uq-physicell.readthedocs.io.
